I. Introduction
Welcome to Make It Fun Racing Club (the "Club"). We are excited to provide our services to you and appreciate your interest in joining our community. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") set forth the terms under which you may use the Club's facilities, services, and products.
II. Definitions
"Member": Any individual who has paid the required membership fee and has been approved by the Club for access to its facilities and services.
"Customer": Any individual or entity that uses the Club's services, including but not limited to workshop participants, event attendees, and users of the Club's products.
"Services": The facilities, equipment, tools, workshops, and other activities provided by the Club for the benefit of its Members and Customers.
III. Terms of Service
Membership and Access: By paying the membership fee, you agree to become a Member of the Club and accept these T&C.
Use of Facilities: The Club's facilities are available for use during designated hours only. Members and Customers must abide by all rules and regulations posted at each facility.
Respect for Other Users: Members and Customers shall respect other users and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may cause harm, damage, or disrupt the enjoyment of others.
Liability Waiver: By using the Club's facilities and services, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with such activities and waive any claims against the Club for injuries or damages sustained while on Club premises.
Intellectual Property: The Club retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to its products, designs, and trademarks.
IV. Payment Terms
Membership Fees: Membership fees shall be paid in advance, as specified on the Club's website, at the time of membership registration, or upon receipt of invoice.
Payment Methods: The Club accepts bank transfer, credit cards, and online payments.
Late Payments: Any late payments may incur a fee, as determined by the Club.
V. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time, subject to a 30 day notice period.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership fee, minus any applicable fees or deductions.
VI. Amendments
The Club reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Club's facilities and services constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these T&C.
VII. Termination
Termination by Member: A Member may terminate their membership at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund policy.
Termination by the Club: The Club reserves the right to terminate a Member's or Customer's access to its facilities and services for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these T&C.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Club be liable for damages arising from:
Use of the Club's facilities and services;
Any losses or damages resulting from participation in events organized by the Club;
Any claims made by third parties against the Club.
IX. Entire Agreement
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the Member/Customer and the Club, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
X. Effective Date
These T&C become effective upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall continue until terminated in accordance with these T&C.
By using the Club's facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
