Our RC Racing Club is designed for several types of remote-controlled vehicles. Most of our student members enjoy building and racing their remote-controlled vehicles in our RC Racing Club. We offer specific club days each week in which we use our workshop to build RC car kits, make repairs, tune our vehicles, add upgrades, and practice driving on our indoor racetracks.

Get to know us by starting here and ask about our RC Racing Club. Suitable for students 12 to 17 years old. Start with a box of parts and build your own RC car or truck. Practice on our indoor racetrack and compete in student club race events. The RC Racing Club runs through the school year, September to June. Students can choose their own projects and work at their own pace. Small events for the student club are scheduled during the normal club meeting time.

Review the RC Racing Club schedule to see the regular dates and meeting times available. We can help you schedule reoccurring appointments or pick and choose around your schedule. Student Club Members can keep their ongoing projects in a personal storage bin in our workshop so no more headache for bringing things back and forth.

We now offer a Maker’s Club day specifically for those students wishing to focus more on design and 3D printing projects, like making scale accessories and parts for our vehicles and other robotics projects. We use these club days to learn about 3D printing technology, design software, and how to use them for our hobbies.

Students receive guidance from our Maker’s Club mentors. The main focus of these club days are CAD design and 3D printing. Student Club Members design and 3D print their own projects or join a team for our mini robot competition. Student Club Members (age 12 -17)

Student members join our hobby clubs to explore fun, high tech hobbies. We introduce students to the fun of remote-controlled vehicles of many different kinds; cars, trucks, tractors, rock crawlers, buggies, and more. We provide a safe workspace to ask questions, be curious, practice problem solving and focus on the tasks at hand. Our students club members learn valuable skills for the future, planning, engineering, drawing, assembly, painting and being creative. Remote controlled vehicles and other high-tech hobbies are what Make-It-Fun.

Our student members learn to repair their vehicles, make new parts, replace broken parts, or even customize them to be as unique as we are. Club mentors enjoy showing students how to repair their vehicles, how to take care of them, and even how to make custom parts using our 3D printers. Our workshop is a great place to make repairs and return to driving.
